📑 The Role
As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will drive the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for our organization. You will:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source talent through job boards, networking, and referrals, while managing the end-to-end hiring process.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, and provide an outstanding onboarding experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring strategies.
- Support general HR activities, including employee engagement and employer branding efforts.
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
🔍 What Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking a motivated individual who brings:
- A Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles or talent acquisition, with strong recruitment expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and a keen understanding of labor compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
